The jetty, a surprise baby shower, and the Gwenskimmer

Skip-mo and I fished at sunset on the jetty three days ago. My bro Daniel arrived later.We all got lots of strong hits and no landings, but it was a lot of fun. We'll be back and next time I'm bringing dynamite. Last week Sunny was given a surprise baby shower by the women of the church and they gave her some neat things.

This evening we went to the beach with a non-stop 25mph wind. Despite the raging wind, we had a good time with coffee, snacks, and friends. Colin took his 9ft surfboard out as surf was up ( look in the background for surfers in the pic I'm pulling Gwen in), and I pulled Gwen on the skimboard. She can stay on it when I'm running as fast as I can. Claire shared my coffee with me...see the pic above where I once again look like a special needs, holidays only relative who requires occasional safety equipment and handling techniques. Claire and Ethan jumped from a small sandpile until completely sand-covered.
