Last night we went to the best birthday party I've ever been to. Daniel and Alisa hosted

a fabulous celebration of his birthday replete with lots of family, friends from work and church, and a tight 3 piece band. They covered Santana, Jimmy Buffet, etc by playing from the bedroom balcony above the deck where people danced. Dancing was instigated and perpetuated by

Daniel's mom who wouldn't stop dancing if the band is playing. Later his wife Alisa gave the most sincere and touching toast to him from the balcony that had everyone wiping eyes. All who know Daniel knew her words were true. He is a fun-loving, generous guy that does everything with a huge laugh. He's also the first guy I've k

nown who looks for ways to make extra money simply to be in a position to help others more. Almost all the ladies from the church group were there, most of whom are pregnant and the circle they danced in was quite a sight. Daniel's aunt broke and dislocated her ankle and Daniel put it back in place in about 30 seconds on the deck.

She still went to the hospital to x-ray the break and have a real splint placed. Her sister asked me to take a pic as she headed to the hospital and even with a freshly broken ankle, she laughed and waved for the camera. From his family...is it any wonder Daniel is a man of laughter?
