Our night around 'town'
Tonight we went with friends and neighbors to the 9th annual "Dine around" in Port Aransas. For 15$ you get a ticket with a map to about 25 restaurants and shops that offered sampler sized portions of some of their dishes. We walked around town snacking in many different spots until we were full. It was a really fun time. Race came with us. He slept thru most of it as I carried him on my chest. He'll never know he slept thru meeting Elvis at the Pelican's Landing restaurant. He was very accomodating for a Rock 'n Roll King. Here we are representin' North Padre Isles while sampling nachos at La Playa. Our hand signs actually are Ns and Ps for N. Pa
dre... An added bonus was the visit of one of my best buds since grade school in Austin (Casey, green shirt) and his fiance (Patty). It was a great time and we'll go next year if possible.
