Great deal on a fun skateboard

I've wanted a long skateboard ever since I've seen them in the local shops. I knew I'd only take it out 1-2x/month down the street or seawall to cruise and listen to music. I couldn't justify the $150-300.00 these dudes cost. I found one on craigslist last night and picked it up today like new condition for $65. It's just under 4ft long. I promptly took Gwen to the park where she finally learned to ride without training wheels and I followed behind on the longboard on the sidewalk around the park. I caught Race drinking from the hose like me. It makes a dad proud. He didn't know I was watching. Later, some close friends stopped in for dinner with their 6mo old boy. He's a cutie and it was great catching up with them. The kids all loved Asher J! Later Gwen and I threw the aerobie, a hoop frisbee that does really well even in stonger wind..essential if you want to toss a disc around here. It was a good day off work.
