9yrs of Adventurous Fun

Around May 20th we celebrated 9yrs of fun adventure by spending a weekend in a nice room overlooking congress and the capitol blg. We had fun just walking around, eating out, catching up with some friends, and (one morning) played with the kids.

I caught a baby turtle for the girls to look at (I put him back). Race got to try skipping rocks with my dad who's a pro rock skimmer..

Special thanks to my brother Kevin and his wife Deana for watching all three kids for 2 days so we could be alone and actually experience sustained, uninterrupted conversations.

Also thanks to an old friend Kevin (different kevin) for taking us out for a great Italian dinner!

Most special thanks for Sunny for keeping herself beautiful inside and out, her great sense of humor, and willingness to go and do whatever is required for a life full of adventure and variety for both of us.
