New camera on the creek
I busted our 6 yr old, 1.3 megapixel camera 2wks ago. I bought a new camera while visiting family in Austin last weekend. I took some pics while we explored the creek I stomped a lot over 30 years. As a kid I remember people riding motocross and shooting a lot down there. The general public attitude is a bit different in Austin now than it was in 1976. If you are caught shooting a tin can in that creek now you'd probably be more reviled than if caught smoking cocaine. The good thing is the creek is well preserved and has been flowing strong since recent rains. At the flow rate last weekend, you could float from near my parents' house to downtown Zilker park (where it enters the Colorado river) in no time. You would pass through long straight small 'canyo

Infranview is really good for downsizing...that's what we use...
coccyx is such an awesome word.
Coccyx is an awesome word and it really HURTS when you crack it (coming from experience). Great pictures! So I think it was about time you bought a new camera. Maybe you busted it subconsiously?!?!
Kirb, You are one of a kind. I think i sprained my Coccyx laughing at your post. I would take my shotgun down to that creek and shoot anything that moved.
Peace
