where Kirby is...
He is here. He is here working to get this latest Reed adventure ready to rent.
Last week we closed on this triplex in the downtown area. We are very excited about it's potential but also very anxious to see it get rented.
The family worked as a team today, scrubbing walls to get the musty smell out. It was really fun, sweating all together working on something that can secure our future, in more ways than the kids can comprehend. I am very proud of Kirby for stepping out and doing this. Yes, it's gonna take a lot of work and I don't think I"m gonna see the inside of Starbucks for a couple of months, but actually scrubbing walls and laughing with my family is better than all that.
Kirby should be back soon, for now I'll post the Reed happenings the Kirbyiest that I can .

That is so cool you guys bought a rental property. We have to look into doing something like that. By the way, you need to try a little harder at being your Kirbyiest. I wasn't getting the same vibe. :-)

Looks like you've got a renter! April's movin' south!!!! You're cute posting for Kirb. When I read how much "fun" the family is having with it, I thought, "I wonder what Sunny would say." Then, I find out it's YOU! Cool.
